Ready to get off the rollercoaster? Join us as a member

End the overeating rollercoaster. Take control of your relationship with food.

Overeating. Sugar bingeing. Yo-yoing between healthy and unhealthy eating. The diet / binge cycle. Negative body image. Weight ups and downs. You can overcome it.

Relax into our online circle of strong, spiritual women who can help you make lasting changes. This private Support Forum provides the guidance and encouragement I wished I’d had for myself. My name is Karly Randolph-Pitman, and as the founder of First Ourselves, I expect I know just how you feel. What’s included | FAQ’s.

Featured in Yahoo, ABC, Shine, KGO, beliefnet, The Huffington Post
Join the Support Forum and as a member enjoy:

  • an empathetic ear from women who know just how you feel
  • answers to questions about what to eat.
  • special pricing on our programs and products.
  • access to audio broadcasts and other members-only materials.

First Ourselves delivers help to end overeating, overcome sugar addiction and create a healthy body image. Support Forums supplement those programs. In fact, it’s included in them. (So if you’re already participating in one of our programs, then you’ve already got access to the Support Forum. That was easy. Just login here.)

This brings up a good reason why women join our Support Forum in the first place. If you’re thinking about getting started with one of our programs, then try the Support Forum first so you can:

  • Ask questions of me, Karly, and other experts involved in our programs
  • Check how the programs are outlined and supported within the forums.
  • Listen to feedback from women who are program participants now.
  • Save on program fees with member-only pricing. See the chart.

The bargain-hunting mom in me loves this part: Support Forum members pay special pricing, sometimes half the normal price. So if you’re wanting to start, say, the Overcome Sugar Addiction support program, then becoming a Support Forum member first means you’ll pay less.

If you buy your Support Forum membership first for $29, you pay $39 for the course compared to the normal price of $68. See payment options for membership.

Learn how to embrace your body and help it thrive
When you’ve struggled with food, your body image usually suffers along with it. My fragile sense of my body’s beauty has caused me pain, self-loathing, a  lack of confidence, and shame about my sexuality. This is what I’m hearing from women wanting to make a change in how they view themselves and their body: How do I:

  • tame the “I’m a fat cow” voice?
  • wake up in the morning and feel good about what I see in the mirror?
  • stop comparing myself to other women and tame my jealousy?

These are powerful questions that Support Forum members are finding the answers to. If you’ve not yet read my Heal Your Body Image ebook, I encourage you to check it out. Then bring your questions to the Support Forum:

  • end feelings of isolation, like you’re the only one.
  • find the motivation to care for your body.
  • read real stories of women who are savoring daily victories.

More about Karly:

Karly Randolph-Pitman, Author and mother of four Karly Randolph Pitman struggled with overeating and sugar addiction for many years. Self-care was her pathway to change. Learning how to love and care for herself transformed her relationship with food, her body and herself.

Karly, founder of First Ourselves, writer, speaker, and mother of four, is an expert on women’s self-care. She’s been overweight, underweight, and at a normal weight. She’s been bulimic, an overeater, a sugar addict, an obsessive dieter, and a neurotic health nut. She’s finally made peace with her body, herself, and food, with a combination of loving discipline and gentle nurturing.

More about our approach:

  1. Embrace food issues as a blessing. While healing a food addiction is gratifying and life changing, it’s greater power lies in the transformation that occurs in facing a food addiction in the first place. It’s a pathway to change, as you unfold in health and vitality.
  2. Overcome food addiction with a balance of loving discipline and gentle nurturing. Our bodies need a combination of self-love and self-care to look and feel their best. It’s how we nurture our whole selves so that we aren’t using food as a substitute for love.
  3. Separate self-worth from eating habits. It’s easy to label yourself as a food addict, or someone with an eating disorder, and shape your identity around someone who has food issues. But you are not your habits. You can set loving boundaries on your eating — perhaps this will mean eliminating some foods from your diet, or eating some foods in moderation — while also accepting your greater worth: that your value doesn’t go up and down with the scale, or with how “good” you are.

What women are saying

“I am so grateful that this online community exists, and that it is somewhere I can come to reconnect my body to my spirit. I have spent far too long listening to my ego and my personality talk about my body as inadequate and ugly, instead of listening to the spirit urging me to love myself…

“Your website is going to be a big help to my spirit. I discovered it only recently and I think I can say without hesitation that it is going to help save my life by helping me LIVE my life.”
- Noel C.

“The website is MARVELOUS, and will help many people!” – Amanda C., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

“I have never read, in any forum, anyone as insightful as you on food issues — not from any number of experts with degrees, nor from books or other sites.”
- Shelly M.
