  • Refunds & Cancellations: Send us your request via email to customer-service@firstourselves.com. Please include the date of purchase and name of product, and if you have an order or transaction ID, share that, too. If you used PayPal to make your payment, please say so. You may cancel an on-going payment subscription at anytime, which will end your access if the product is delivered online. We will gladly refund the purchase price of any product delivered online (or physical product upon receipt of your return shipment at your own expense to the address listed above). We promise to refund the full amount should you request it within 60 days of your purchase and stand behind a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
  • Exchange a product: Send us your request via email to customer-service@firstourselves.com. Please include the date of purchase and name of product, and if you have an order or transaction ID, share that, too. You may return any product in exchange for another of equal or lesser value within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll contact you with replacement instructions upon receipt of your original purchase at the address listed above.
