She’s the author of the books Heal Your Body Image and Overcoming Sugar Addiction, which have been read by tens of thousands of readers from around the world. Karly created the Overcoming Sugar Addiction Support Program and Heal Overeating Support Program to provide guidance that goes beyond her books, leading participants along a gentle transition that transforms their relationship with food – and themselves. Karly is a student of spirituality, psychology and healing and has a B.S. from Vanderbilt University in cognitive psychology and communication.
