She’s the author of the books Heal Your Body Image and Overcoming Sugar Addiction, which have been read by tens of thousands of readers from around the world and the Sugar Addiction and Heal Overeating: Untangled support programs. Karly is a student of spirituality, psychology and healing and has a B.S. from Vanderbilt University in cognitive psychology and communication.
