Here’s the “OK, but how?” answer to the thousands of you who have read Overcoming Sugar Addiction.

‘Sugar Addiction’ is a self-paced support program I’m releasing now to offer a way out to those stuck in a sugar binge cycle. Frustrated with what seem like overwhelming sugar cravings? Suspect you’re an addict? Thinking about going sugar-free for good but doubtful you can make it? Even if you cut back to a moderate sugar intake, you’re going to need support during the transition.

Sugar can have a very powerful effect on the sensitive among us (me!), so there’s lots to prepare for and understand when going through a change like this. This program represents the my latest research and insights from my own struggle and that of First Ourselves readers and class participants.

If you heard about the Kick Your Sugar Habit teleclasses that started in spring 2009 but either couldn’t make it or couldn’t afford it, consider this new opportunity. It’s less than half the price, and self-paced just for you. At the same time, we guide you gently through a 12 week transition process, offering email, audio, and web encouragement to help you along.

This is the first of several self-paced online support programs we’re planning, so please let me know how you like it. Learn more here.
